Shipping & Returns


Beers Burgers Bikes ship worldwide and we plan to keep it this way! Shipping is currently set at £10 for international orders (outside of the UK). Shipping within the UK is just £3.99!

We aim to process all of our orders the same day as long as they're placed before 1pm (GMT). If orders are placed after this they will be done the following day, Monday - Saturday.

For UK orders please give 3 - 4 working days for your products to arrive.

For International orders please give 14 days before reporting anything to us, we will do everything we can to sort the problem and get your order to you. Orders to Europe usually arrive within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. This can take longer during busy times such as Christmas and New Years.

We send all of our international orders and UK orders over £20 tracked and/or signed. We don't automatically send the tracking numbers to you so if you want the tracking number or where your order is, please just drop us an email and we will be happy to send it to you.

International orders may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance/import tax. Unfortunately this is something we can't control and customers are responsible to cover this. 

All orders that contain a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order items are with us unless requested otherwise. You may be asked to send additional postage if you wish items to be sent separately.


If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us via and we will be more than happy to help out.

If you wish to return an item please contact us then follow the instructions on how to do this which can be found on the returns form in your order. We only except returns if the goods are faulty or don't fit, if the product doesn't fit we will happily exchange it for another size.

You have 7 days to notify us of items you would like to return from the time in which you receive your order, and then a further 7 days to return your items to us.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please be aware that all goods must be returned unworn and in a clean condition before we can accept them for a refund.

Please note that Sale Items are non-refundable. This excludes items that are faulty and full price items on a short term offer.

If your order contains a gift or Christmas present please let know, this way we will extend the returns date for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights, but may prevent us including you in the post ride beer round.
